The Rev. Lummie L. Spann, Sr., age 73, of Wendell, departed this life on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.

Funeral, 11 AM, Saturday, September 17, 2022, St. Matthew AME Church, 1629 Bennett Street, Raleigh.  The Rev. Marion B. Robinson, Pastor.  Visitation, 10 AM to 11 AM, prior to the service.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Friday, September 16, 2022, at the funeral home. 

Survivors: wife, Mrs. Deja Morgan Spann of the home; sons, Lummie L. Spann, Jr (JaNair) of NY and Lindsay Spann of CT; grandchild, Gavin Spann of NY; sister, Patricia S. Haskins (Darlton) of NY and a host of other relatives and friends.
