Ms. Venita Partin, age 66, of Raleigh, departed this life on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at WakeMed, Raleigh. 

Funeral, 1 PM, Sunday, August 11, 2024, Poplar Springs Christian Church, 6115 Old Stage Road, Raleigh.  The Rev. Charles W. Brooks, Pastor, Officiating.  Visitation, 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM, prior to the service.  Interment, Church Cemetery.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Saturday, August 10, 2024, at the funeral home.  

Survivors; children, Sharon L. Partin and William E. Jones; mother, Liza M. Gladney; siblings, Jacqueline Muhammad (John), Lisa McFarland (Gregory), Donna Rascoe (John), Tabarius Kornegay and Denadre Kornegay; grandchildren, Makayla Jones, Chloe Jones-Lee, Na'Khari Coulter, Jule Jones and Ryann Brown; great grandchildren, Zayn Mohammed and Amira Mohammed; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
