Funeral, 12 Noon, Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home, Raleigh. Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service. Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at the funeral home.
Survivors; children, Shatera Welch (Kelvin Jr.) and Keon Mingo; 6 grandchildren; siblings, Joe Reaves, Tony Reaves (Tracey), Sid Reaves (Pamela), Rassan Christion and Tanisha Tate; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at 1011 Delta River Way, Knightdale.
