Mrs. Joice Ann Johnson, age 70, of 805 East Street, Smithfield, departed this life on Friday, July 3, 2020. 

Funeral, 12 Noon, Friday, July 10, 2020, St. Matthew Baptist Church, 5410 Louisburg Road, Raleigh.  The Rev. Dr. Ronald E. Avery, Pastor, Officiating  Interment, Sunset Memorial Park, Smithfield.  Visitation, 11 AM to 12 Noon, Friday, prior to the service.  There will be no public viewing at the funeral home the day before the service. 

Survivors; daughters, Laveshia Johnson of Louisburg, Deidra Sanders (Michael) of Broadway; son, Eric Johnson (Kasundra) of Wilson Mills; brother, Victor Johnson (Kathy) of South Carolina; grandchildren, Laerra Johnson, Isaiah Johnson, "Cee Cee" Sanders, Demiya Sanders, Mikeya Sanders and Karena Sanders; and a host of other relatives and friends including a special friend, Jackie Ellis of Durham.

The family will be receiving friends at 115 Dunhill Lane, Louisburg.
