Ms. Gwendolyn Marie Walker Watkins, age 71, of Raleigh, departed this life on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at WakeMed, Raleigh.  

Funeral, 12:00 Noon, Monday, April 21, 2025, at New Restoration Outreach Christian Center, 6904 Poole Road, Raleigh. Bishop Dr. Eric L. Ellis, Pastor. Apostle Kimwood Peterson, Eulogist and Pastor Merita Peterson, of Perfecting of the Saints Deliverance Ministries of Raleigh, Officiating. Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to service. Interment, Carolina Biblical Gardens, 1530 Creech Road, Garner. Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Saturday, April 19, 2025 at the funeral home.

Survivors include; children, James Watkins, Brooks Watkins and Krystal Herring; 8 grandchildren; siblings, Charlotte Baptiste, Ernest Grissom and Thomas Grissom; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  ,
