Ms. Francine Tulloss

Ms. Francine Tulloss, age 68, passed away at her home in Dayton, TN, on July 3, 2023. 

Even though she was a life-long resident of Rhea County, Francine had been living in Raleigh, North Carolina until her health declined.  She moved back to be with her family.  She was a member of the Tupper Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC. 

Francine loved shopping, collecting antiques, and church activities.  She will be missed. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles F. Tulloss; brothers, Kirkland and Ronald Tulloss; nephew, Kirkland Tulloss, Jr; aunt and uncle, Hallie and Ruth Abel and Noyes and Alberta Bowman; and grandfather, Joe Keith.      

Francine is survived by; her mother, Catherine Keith Tulloss; sister, Janice (Andrew) Wilkerson; nephew, Ronald (Leslie) Tulloss; niece, Kathryn Tard; and several cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held in the Chapel at Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home, 1670 Market Street, Dayton, TN on, Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at 1 PM with Reverend Petitt, Officiating.  Interment will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, from 12:00 PM until the time of service.
