Ms. Donna "Donnie Gale" Leach Spivey, age 65, of Raleigh, departed this life on Friday, April 8, 2022, at Transitions Lifecare of Wake County

Memorial Service, 1 PM, Saturday, April 16, 2022, at Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home, 1515 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh. Pastor Fabian Radway, Officiating.

Survivors; children, Donica L. Spivey of Jacksonville, Dennis J. Spivey of Sanford, Brittany D. Spivey of Raleigh and Deondria R. Spivey of Raleigh; 6 grandchildren; sister, Jacinna Leach of Garner; and a host of other relatives and friends.
