Funeral, 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 3, 2020, Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home, 1515 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh, NC. Pastor Tye Williams, Vision Church of Raleigh, Officiating. Visitation, 10:30 AM ~ 11:00 AM, prior to the service. Interment, Rand Street Christian Church Cemetery, Garner. Public viewing, 12 noon to 8 PM, Friday, October 2, 2020 at the funeral home.

Survivors:  daughters, Tameka Johnson (James) of the home, Shaquita Smith (Jaree) of Raleigh; sons, Marquis Campbell (Janet) of Florida, Rashid Campbell of Raleigh; brother, James Holmes of New Jersey; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
