Ms. Clara Bell Turner, age 86, of Raleigh, departed this life on Sunday, May 21, 2023, at Sunnybrook Health and Rehab.  

Funeral, 12 Noon, Thursday, May 25, 2023, at Martin Street Baptist Street, 1001 East Martin, Raleigh. The Rev. Dr. Shawn Singleton, Pastor, Officiating.  Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service. Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at the funeral home.  

Survivors; niece, Layvay Richardson (Johnny) of Charlotte; cousins, Patricia W. Thorpe of Raleigh, John Clifford of Roxboro and Dr. Polly S. Murphy (Waymon) of Hampton, VA; 2 grand nephews, 2 great grand nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
