Mrs. Wanda Geraldine Wright, age 98, of 286 Caley Wilson Road, Apex, formerly of Beckley, WV, passed away gracefully on Friday, May 13, 2022, surrounded by her family.  

Funeral, 1 PM, Saturday, May 21, 2022, at St. Matthew AME Church, 103 Mills Avenue, Beckley, WV.  The Rev. Debra Smoot, Pastor.  The Rev. Sonya Fulton Williams, Officiating. Entombment, Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity, WV.  Visitation, 12 Noon to 1 PM, prior to the service.  Public viewing, Friday, Ritchie & Johnson Funeral Parlor, 748 S. Fayette Street Beckley, WV 25801, (304) 252-4115.  Masks are mandatory for the public viewing and the funeral service.  

Survivors; daughter, Ivye L'Tanya Wright-Arnold (Richard) of Apex; sister, Viola "Cookie" Dennison of South Norwalk, CT; brother, Kenneth Booker (Margaret) of Charleston, WV; 3 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
