Mrs. Tamunotein Akamaka Owiriwo, age 61, of Clayton, departed this life on Monday, September 16, 2024.

Funeral, 1 PM, Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home, 1515 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh. Visitation, 12:30 PM to 1 PM, prior to the service. The Rev. Dr. Joseph Rogers, Officiating. Interment, Rand Street Christian Church Cemetery, 213 Haywood Street, Garner. Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Friday, September 27, 2024, at the funeral home.

Survivors; husband, Adokiye Owiriwo; children, Alexander O. Owiriwo and Elizabeth A. Owiriwo; and a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at their home.
