Ms. Selena Catherine Sampson Gooden, age 77, of Raleigh, departed this life on Saturday, March 22, 2025.
Funeral, 12 Noon, Friday, March 28, 2025, at Carolina Biblical Gardens, 1530 Creech Road, Garner. The Rev. Jerry Williams, Officiating. Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Thursday, March 27, 2028, at the funeral home.
Survivors; children, Robert Sampson, David Sampson and Anijah Gooden; 3 grandchildren, DaCane Sampson, Tamir Tate and Erica Heath; 5 great grandchildren; brother, Dennis Sampson (Diane); and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including a very special niece, Dionne Jackson Mallette.
