Mrs. Patricia Ann Smith Sledge, age 80, of Raleigh, departed this life on Friday, July 4, 2025.

Funeral, 1 PM, Saturday, July 12, 2025, at State Street Community Church, 1200 S State Street Raleigh. The Bishop Daryl R. Clark, Pastor. Bishop Patrick Dewberry,Eulogist. Interment, Mount Hope Cemetery, 120 Prospect Avenue, Raleigh. Visitation, 12:30PM to 1PM, prior to the service. Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8PM, Friday, July 11, 2025, at the funeral home

Survivors; daughters, Tammy Sledge and Vickie Sledge Watson; 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 610 Coleman Street, Raleigh.
