Mrs. Norella Oakley Tucker, age 89, of 3602 Bond Street, Raleigh, departed this life Saturday, July 18, 2020.  

Funeral, 12 Noon, Thursday, July 23, 2020, United House of Prayer for All People, 409 East South Street.  Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service.  Apostle Donald Young, Pastor, Officiating.  Apostle A.M. Oakley, Grandson, Eulogist.  Interment, Montlawn Memorial Park.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at the funeral home.  

Survivors; daughters, Rosa Oakley of Salisbury, Teresa Vick (Tony) of Raleigh;sons, Robert Oakley of Wendell, Charles Oakley and Ernest Oakley (Malquis) both of Raleigh; sister, Louise Sanders of Raleigh; 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.   

Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at the funeral home.
