Mrs. Maggie Council Owens

Mrs. Maggie Council Owens, age 94, of Angier, departed this life on Thursday, October 19, 2023.

Funeral, 12 noon, Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at Poplar Springs Christian Church, 6115 Old Stage Road, Raleigh.  The Rev. Charles W. Brooks, Pastor, officiating.  Interment, Poplar Springs Church Cemetery.  Public viewing, Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at the funeral home.  

Survivors: children, Carolyn Partin of Cary, Alma Williams of Garner, and Larry Williams (Andrea) of Clayton; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of great-great-grandchildren; sister, Elaine Cosmon (Elon) of Fayetteville; brother, Eugene Council of Bladen County; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 112 Antler Point Dr., Cary.
