Mrs. Mae Veola Partin Banks, age 92, of Raleigh, departed this life on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.

Funeral, 12 Noon, Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at Poplar Springs Christian Church, 6115 Old Stage Road, Raleigh. The Rev. Charles W. Brooks, Pastor, Officiating. Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service.  Interment, Church Cemetery.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Monday, January 23, 2023, at the funeral home. 

Survivors; son, Alvin T. Banks of the home; stepson, Thomas E. Bennett of Raleigh; 1 granddaughter, Regina Bennett; siblings, Liza M. Gladney, Rosa P. Burt, Carlie Partin (Rosa) and Lonnie Partin (Rose) all of Raleigh; and a host of other relatives and friends, including a sister-in-law, Sylvia Partin of Raleigh.
