Funeral, 12 Noon, Thursday, February 15, 2024, Poplar Springs Christian Church, 6115 Old Stage Road, Raleigh. The Rev. Charles W. Brooks, Pastor, Eulogist. Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service. Interment, Raleigh Memorial Park, 7501 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh. Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at the funeral home.
Survivors; children, Tina R. Smith, James E. Rogers (Deborah) and Emanuel E. Snelling (Carolyn); 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Lizzie Rogers; and a host of other relatives and friends.
