Survivors; daughters, Renee' Carter of Raleigh and Dorothy Lockridge (Lonnie) of Detroit, MI; 3 grandchildren, Archie L. Carter, Yolanda Lockridge and Charmaine Lockridge; 8 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
