Mrs. Flora Ellen Harvey DeLoatche, age 86, of Raleigh, departed this life on Friday, November 26, 2021.

Funeral, 11:30 AM, Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at Watts Chapel Baptist Church, 3703 Tryon Road, Raleigh.  The Rev. Dr. Harry L. White Jr., Pastor, Officiating.  Visitation, 11 to 11:30 AM, Wednesday, prior to the service.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at the funeral home. 

Final Services and Interment at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery, Poughkeepsie, NY will be handled by Rhodes Funeral Home, 43 Fairview Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY. 12601 845-452-6143. 

Survivors; daughters, Shyrl D. Wood (Julius) of Wake Forest and Pamela J. Green (Bryan) of Raleigh; son, Nick Scott of Albany, OH 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; god-daughter, Tamara Cherry of Youngsville; sister, Lois Jones of Santa Rosa, CA; sisters-in-law, Ruth Williams of Governors, NY and Mattie Bullock of Hampton, VA; brothers-in-law, Leroy Edmond of Philadelphia, PA and Thomas Brown of Newport News, VA; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
