Howard, Sr., Pastor of First Cosmopolitan Baptist Church, Officiating/ Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service. Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Monday, January 8, 2024 at the funeral home.
Survivors; husband, Charles Hubert; children, Timothy Hubert (Janice) and Anthony Hubert (Cheri); step-daughter, Chandra Walker; 3 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
