Mrs. Christine Simmons Scott

Mrs. Christine Simmons Scott, age 90, of Raleigh, departed this life on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.  

Funeral, 12 Noon, Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at Pleasant Union Christian Church of North Raleigh, 2321 Pleasant Union Church Road, Raleigh.  The Rev. Michael Allen, Pastor, Officiating.  Interment, Church Cemetery.  Visitation, 11 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Monday, October 7, 2024, at the funeral home.  

Survivors; children, Sandra Scott Thomas, Wanda Scott Weeks (Robert), Brenda J. Scott, Sharron Scott Spell, and Gregory T. Scott (Trina); sister, Virginia Chavis; 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  

The family will receive friends at 1929 Gloria Place, Raleigh.
