Mrs. Anna Marie Brodie, age 46, of 1416 Brook Arbor Drive, Cary, departed this life on Tuesday, July 13, 2021. 

Funeral, 12 Noon, Saturday, July 24, 2021, Mount Peace Baptist Church, 1601 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Raleigh.  Interment, Mount Hope Cemetery.  

Anna leaves to cherish her memories; daughter, Asiza Brodie (Darrius); sons, Joshua Brodie and Alquon Brodie; mother, Clarice Ruffin (Franklin); aunts, Mary Jones (Edwin), Mary Helen Spence (Vernon) and Lubertha Williams; uncle, Willie Ray Walker; sisters, Michelle Wilson (Greg), Tammy Brodie, Tina Brodie, Brittni Sanneh (Ansul), Bernice Richardson and April Jane Collins; brothers, Larry Brodie (Sherita), Otis Cooper (Myra), Michael McLamb, Raymond Brown, Jermaine Anderson, U-Lysseus Walker (Alexia) and Ers-kine Walker; 11 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends, including her god-sisters,­­ Cortina Peterman, Helen Thorpe and special friend, Scottie Hartsfield. They will continue to honor her legacy by loving each other and living life to the fullest.
