Mr. Steven Wayne Alston, age 48, of 1313 Foxrun Drive, Raleigh, departed this life on Sunday, July 5, 2020. 

Graveside, 12 Noon, Friday, July 10, 2020, Mount Hope Cemetery, 120 Prospect Street, Raleigh.  Rev. Gregory Smith, Officiating.  

Survivors include; his wife, Queen Terry Alston of Henderson; daughter, Imani C. Alston of Henderson; mother and stepfather, Sudie Alston Chavis and Waymon Chavis of Raleigh; sisters, Crystal M. Chavis of Garner and Michelle Lucas of Raleigh; brother, Nathan Michael Thompson of Raleigh; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  

Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Thursday, July 9, 2020 at the funeral home.  

The family requests that all visitors at their home, please wear a face mask and practice social distancing.  All visitors at the funeral home, during the public visitation/viewing hours, must do the same.
