Funeral, 12 Noon, Thursday, September 9, 2021, Victory Tabernacle Church, 1329 US-70 W, Garner, NC. Visitation, 11:30 AM - 12 Noon, prior to the service. Interment, Carolina Biblical Gardens, 1530 Creech Road, Garner. Public Viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at the funeral home.

Survivors; wife, Patricia J. Fulford-Clark of the home; children, Lonnie Mitchell (Barbara) of New Bern, Carolyn Jean Dixon (Dennis) of Durham, Carolyn Ann Tisdale (Larry) of Fayetteville and Michael Clark of Raleigh; step-children, Lisa Fulford of MD and Gary B. Fulford of Raleigh; sisters, JoAnne C. Norwood (Thomas) of Raleigh, Annie C. Ford (Laddie) of Newton and Betty Keith-Hinnant of Raleigh; brothers, Walter E. Clark of Clayton and Dwight E. Clark of Raleigh; a special sister-in-law, Shirley B. Perry of Elizabeth City; a host of grand children, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
