Funeral, 1 PM, Monday, December 8, 2025, at Wake Baptist Grove Church, 302 E. Main Street, Garner.  The Rev. Dr. James Clanton, Pastor. Rev. Charles Valentine, Pastor of Burning Bush Ministries of Garner, Officiating. Visitation, 12:30 PM to 1 PM, prior to the service. Interment, Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Sunday, December 7, 2025, at the funeral home.

Survivors; wife, Mrs. Marie Johnson; Sisters: Clementine (Fred) McCallister, Barbara Daughtry, Children; Fred Johnson, Debbie (Jeffrey) Browne, Melissa (Letorri) Stitt, Stephanie (James) Vinson, Renita (Tony) Jones, Michelle (Anthony) Chrisp, Stepchildren; Gloria Currie, Marcus (Jackie) Williams, Renee (Wilbert) Wiggins, Arinzo (Joyce) Williams, 11 Grandchildren; 17 Great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
