Funeral, 1 PM, Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Poplar Springs Christian Church, 6115 Old Stage Road, Raleigh. The Rev. Charles W. Brooks, Pastor. The Rev. Walton Barnes, Officiating. Visitation, 12:30 PM to 1PM prior to the service. Interment, 12 Noon, Monday, November 10, 2025, at Broad Creek United Church of Christ Cemetery, 3283 Straight Road, Oriental, NC. Public Viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Friday November 7, 2025, at the funeral home. 

Survivors; wife, Wanda Campbell Howard; children; Martinique Renee' Ruff, Whitney Campbell (Josh), Robert Howard Jr., Viola Campbell, Ronshayla Howard, Jarvis Campbell, Trovorace Campbell, Victoria Howard and Jeremy Campbell; siblings, Linda Sweeting (Vincent) and Florence Harrington (Purnell); 16 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  

The family will receive friends at 3238-B Calumet Drive, Raleigh.
