Mr. Richard Frazier, age 75, of 616 Wade Avenue Apt. 405, Raleigh, departed this life on Sunday, September 12, 2021.

Funeral, 3 PM, Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home, 1515 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh.  The Rev. Gwen Horton, Officiating.  Visitation, 2:30 PM to 3 PM, prior to the service.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Friday, September 17, 2021 at the funeral home.

Survivors; son, Carlton Taylor of Raleigh; sister, Betty J. Frazier of Raleigh; 4 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
