Mr. Oliver Elliott "Bull" Rowe, age 67, of Raleigh, departed this life on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at WakeMed, Raleigh.

Funeral, 4 PM, Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home, 1515 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh.  Visitation, 3:30 to 4 PM, prior to the service.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Wednesday, October 18, 2023.  

Survivors; daughter, Toni Marie Anderson; siblings, Angela Rogers (Edward) and Rosalyn Fowler; uncle, Willie Rowe; sister-in-law, Virginia Rowe; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including his best friends, known as "brothers," Craven "Pet" Avery and "The Griffin Boys," Reuben, Hubert and Johnny Man and his Nurse Technician, Martin.  

The family will receive friends at 714 Friar Tuck Road and 4711 Quiet Creek Lane, Knightdale.
