Mr. Michael Edward Whiting, Sr., age 72, of 230 Elderberry Hill, Cary, departed this life on Thursday, May 28, 2020.

Survivors; daughters, Melissa Whiting and Carla Whiting both of Cary; sons, Michael E. Whiting Jr. of Raleigh and Kevin Whiting of the home; the children's mother, Connie Johnson Whiting of Cary; sister, Patricia Whiting of Fairmont, WV; brothers, Don Whiting of Fairmont, WV and Robert Whiting of Raleigh; 1 grandchild, Reign McClendon of Cary; and a host of other relatives and friends.
