Mr. Martin Edward "Marty" Williams, age 68, of 5501 Stuarts Ridge Road, Wake Forest, departed this life on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Transitions Lifecare of Wake County. 

Funeral, 1 PM, Friday, May 1, 2020, Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home, 1515 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh. Interment, Pine Forest Memorial Gardens, Wake Forest.  Pastor Donny Lynch of Turn It Around by Faith Ministries of Wake Forest, Officiating.  Visitation, 12:30 to 1 PM, prior to the service.

Survivors; wife, Mother Bertha Danzy Williams of the home; Tina Thompson of Charlotte and Kimmora Brown (Hollis) of Creedmoor; grandchildren Jeffrey Thompson, Princess Thompson, Michael Thompson, Shaine Williams, Keziah Brown; sisters, Tawanna Johnson (Melvin) of AL, Roxanne Logan of AL and Linda Mayes (George) of Philadelphia; a brother, Mark Kennedy (Marie) of Philadelphia; and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Thursday, April 30, 2020, at the funeral home.
