Mr. Mark John Joseph Verderber

Mark J. Verderber, of Wake County, unexpectedly passed away at home in Raleigh, NC on Jan. 6, 2024. Born Feb. 21, 1960, to the late Joseph F and Giovannina (Nuccio) Verderber of  Lindenhurst, LI, NY, one of six boys.

Memorial Service, 5 PM, Tuesday, January 16, 2024, Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home, 1515 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh.  

He is survived by the love of his life and Soul Mate Helen Scott and their four children. Justin Verderber, daughter Brandi (Jay) Abbondanza, Ryan Verderber and Nolan Verderber. He is survived by his one grandson, Keith Tracy Verderber. Mark is survived by brothers Carl, Frank, and Domenick and numerous nieces and nephews who are saddened by his passing.

He was predeceased by 2 brothers, John, and Joseph Verderber.

A professional auto body technician by trade, Mark worked at Auto Shops in the Raleigh and Wake Forest area for many years.

His family will grieve his loss.
