Mr. Lawrence Edward Hunter, age 71, of 201-101 Lightner Lane, Raleigh, departed this life on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.

Funeral, 12 Noon, Tuesday, January 15, 2019, Faith Missionary Baptist Church, 908 Suffolk Blvd., Raleigh. The Rev. Dr. G. A. Jones, Pastor, Officiating. Interment, Carolina Biblical Gardens. Visitation, 11:30 am - 12 Noon, prior to the service.

Survivors: daughter, Daja Evans of Zebulon; 2 grandchildren, D'Mya Evans and Kar'ron James; sisters, Jo Ann Wilson (Larry) of Durham and Shirley Avery (Cleveland) of Garner; brothers, Donald Ellis, Robert L. Hunter (Lucille) and Roger Hunter (Shirley) all of Raleigh; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will recieve friends at 104 Turner St., Garner.
