Mr. Lawerence Fleming, age 69, of 102 Pinery Circle, Garner, departed this life on Friday, January 8, 2021. 

Funeral, 2:30 PM, Saturday, January 16, 2021, at Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home, 1515 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh.  The Rev. Dr. Kevin Sturdivant, Officiating.  Visitation, 2 to 2:30 PM, prior to the service.  Interment, Springfield Baptist Church Cemetery, Raleigh.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Friday, January 15, 2021.  

Survivors: wife, Caroline M. Fleming of the home; son, Lawerence Fleming Jr.(Kim) of Greensboro; daughters, Beverly Fleming of Durham; and  Kesha Holloway McKinney of Garner; brothers, Stanley Fleming (Fannie) of Henderson, Broderick Fleming (Gloria) of Columbia, SC and Aubrey Lee Fleming of Henderson; sister, Shirley Fleming Phillips (Wendell) of Plainfield, NJ; 1 grandchild, Nicholas McKinney; and a host of other relatives and friends.
