Mr. Lavette Lee "Frenchie" Hinton, age 54, of Raleigh, departed this life on Monday, November 24, 2025.

Funeral, 12 Noon, Thursday, December 11, 2025, at Mount Peace Baptist Church, 1601 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Raleigh. The Rev. Dr. J. Vincent Terry Sr., Pastor, Officiating. Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service. Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Wednesday. December 10, 2025 at the funeral home.

Survivors; Michael Jones, Porshay Hinton, Lavette Hinton, Jr., Jasmine Tuck, Ashlegh Brisbon, Lamont Alexander; 9 grandchildren; mother, Joan Hinton; siblings, Shan-na Z. Hinton and Montae T. Hinton; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
