Mr. Kenneth "Kenny" Ray Grissom, age 71, of Raleigh, departed this life on Tuesday, August 27, 2025.

Funeral, 11:30 AM, Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at Baptist Grove Church, 7109 Leesville Road, Raleigh.  The Rev. Dr. Bankole Akinbinu, Pastor, Officiating.  Visitation, 11 AM to 11:30 AM, prior to the service.  Interment, Church Cemetery.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at the funeral home. 

Survivors: children, Matthew Day, Greg Lyons (Johnecia), Sean Grissom and Barbara Grissom; 5 grandchildren; siblings, Cynthia G. Bell, Loretta G. Partlow, Sonja Fenner (Orlando), Luther Grissom (Althea), Ural Grissom, Jr. (Brenda), Donald Grissom (Cristal) and Stephen B. Grissom, Sr. (Louie); and a host of other relatives and friends. 

The family will receive friends at 6100 Creedmoor Road, Raleigh, from 5 PM to 9 PM, beginning Friday, August 29, 2025.
