Mr. Joseph McDonald Pulley, age 65, of 4421 Kentwell Place, Raleigh, departed this life on Tuesday, January 12, 2021. 

Funeral, 12 Noon, Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home, 1515 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh.  Dr. Anthony Bailey, Officiating.  Minister Linda Gill, Eulogist. Interment, Mount Hope Cemetery, Raleigh. Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Monday, January 18, 2021 at the funeral home.

Mr. Pulley was predeceased by one brother, Otis Powell, Jr.  Survivors; mother, Minnie P. Powell of the home; brothers, Dennis Powell (Adrianne) of Raleigh and Leon Powell (Sylvia) of Memphis, TN; and a host of other relatives and friends.
