Mr. Joseph E. Scarborough, age 72, of 1909 Southgate Drive, Raleigh, departed this life on Friday, November 27, 2020.  

Funeral, 12 Noon, Thursday, December 3, 2020, at Brooks Avenue Church of Christ, 700 Brooks Avenue, Raleigh.  Bro. Dennis Conner, Officiating.  Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service.  Interment, Mount Hope Cemetery.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at the funeral home.

Survivors; sisters, Bettye S. Leach and Sarah S. Yarborough both of Raleigh and Ressie S. Langston of VA; brothers, Lorenzo M. Scarborough and Thomas E. Scarborough both of Raleigh; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
