Mr. Jonathan Lee Hemby, age 46, of Garner, departed this life on  Tuesday, June 20, 2023.

Funeral, 12 Noon, Friday, June 30, 2023, at Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home, 1515 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh.  Visitation, 11 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service.  The Rev. Shelton T. Miles, Officiating.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Thursday, June 29, 2023 at the funeral home.  

Survivors; wife, Dilia Hemby; children, Key'anna, Princess, LilJas and Abi-Lee; stepchildren, Naomi Lawrence, Julian Lawrence,  and J.J. Brumfield; father, The Rev. Jas A. Hemby (The Rev. Irene P. Hemby); siblings, Lisa Hemby, James A. Hemby, Jason C. Hemby, Jay Hemby, Jordan Hemby and Thaddeus Jerrell Hemby; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
