Mr. Jaylen Elijah Greene, age 16, of Garner, departed this life on Sunday, July 20, 2025.

Funeral, 11 AM, Saturday, August 9, 2025, at State Street Community Church, 1200 South State Street, Raleigh.  Bishop Daryl Clark, Pastor.  Rev. Alphonzo Hedgepeth, Fresh Anointing Outreach Ministry of Raleigh, Officiating. Interment, Carolina Biblical Gardens, Garner.  Visitation, 10:30 AM to 11 AM, prior to the service.   

Survivors; mother, Sarah Hedgepeth; adopted mother, Judy Bolton (James); brother, Aaron Surratt; maternal grandmother, Priscilla Hedgepeth; maternal; grandfather, Bennie Patterson; and a host of other relatives and friends. 

The family will receive friends at 2716 Big Oak Street, Raleigh and 213 Dulcimer Lane, Zebulon.
