Mr. Javon S. Ellison, age 47, of Wendell, departed this life on Friday, December 1, 2023.

Funeral, 12 Noon, Monday, December 11, 2023, Friendship Chapel Baptist Church, 237 Friendship Chapel Road, Wake Forest.  The Rev. Dr. Enoch Holloway, Pastor.  Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon prior to the service.  Mr. Ellison will lie in state at the Church from 11 AM until the time of the service.  Interment, Pine Forest Memorial Gardens, 770 Stadium Drive, Wake Forest.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Sunday, December 10, 2023 at the funeral home.  

Survivors: wife, Janyetta Sutton Ellison; children, Lunden Ellison, Tabrinna Haley and Kamari Sutton; mother, Rosalene Tanner; grandmother, Letha Mae Stancil and a host of other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his father, the late George Randolph Ellison.  

The family will receive friends at 102 Angora Ct., Cary.
