Mr. Herbert Russell Wiggs, age 71, of Raleigh, departed this life on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.
Funeral, 11 AM, Saturday, November 2, 2024, at Revelation Missionary Baptist Church, 805 E. Davie Street, Raleigh. The Rev. Dr. Keith R. Hicks Pastor, Officiating. Interment, Life Changes Kingdom Ministries, Clayton. Visitation, 10:30 AM to 11 AM, prior to the service. Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Friday, November 1, 2024, at the funeral home.
Survivors; wife, Winnie W. Wiggs; son, Russell Wiggs (Keisha); 3 grandchildren, Jaquan, Brittani, and Sydney; siblings, Gloria Wiggs Pickney (Clarence), Virginia Louise Wiggs, Samuel Wiggs (Brenda), Larry Wiggs (Deborah) and Hal Wiggs; an aunt, Mae Helen Badger (Leon); and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at 5501 Garnet Meadow Road, Knightdale.
