Mr. Frank Ruffin, Jr., age 76, of Raleigh, departed this life on Saturday, March 2, 2024.
Funeral, 12 Noon, Friday, March 8, 2024, at Poplar Springs Christian Church, 6115 Old Stage Road, Raleigh. The Rev. Charles W. Brooks, Pastor. The Rev. Gwen McKeithen of To God Be the Glory Hope Center of Raleigh, Officiating. Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service. Interment, Mount Hope Cemetery. Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Thursday, March 7, 2024 at the funeral home.
Survivors: niece, Barbara Williams; great niece, Tiffany Williams; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at 1805 Crag Burn Lane, Raleigh.
