Mr. Floyd Luther Roberts, age 72, of 1601 Royal Pines Drive, Raleigh, departed this life Thursday, June 24, 2021.

Memorial Service, 1 PM, Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home, 1515 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh.

Survivors; sisters, Mahalia W. Clark of Chesapeake, VA, Frances R. Cole of Greensboro and Betty R. Perdue (Howard) of Raleigh; brother, Robert Williams of Brooklyn Park, MN; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including his long time companion, Mellionora Douglas of Raleigh and their special friends, Ahmad Koussa, Joe Smith, Linwood "Chick" Monroe, Eddie Sanders and Nelson Thornton.
