Memorial Service, 12 Noon, Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home, 1515 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh.
Dexter was preceded in death by his siblings, Mel Tomlinson and Janie Robbins Tomlinson.
Survivors; siblings, Ellen Carter (James), Marlon Tomlinson and Tommina T. Dawkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
