Mr. Derrick Foster, age 54, of Raleigh, departed this life on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at UNC Rex Healthcare.

Funeral, 1 PM, Monday, December 20, 2021, at Good Hope Baptist Church, 4209 Smithfield Road, Knightdale.  The Rev. John L. Thatch, Pastor.  The Rev. Dr. Dumas A. Harshaw, Pastor, First Baptist Church, Raleigh, Eulogist.  Visitation, 12:30 - 1 PM, prior to the service.  Interment, Montlawn Memorial Park, 2911 S. Wilmington Street, Raleigh.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Sunday, December 19, 2021 at the funeral home.  The funeral service will be Live Streamed.  

All attendees of the public viewing, visitation and funeral are required to wear a face covering, social distance and sanitize hands.  

Survivors; daughter, Faithe Davis (Larry) of Raleigh; 1 granddaughter, Zoe Lynn Davis of Raleigh; mother, Dorothy Montague Foster of Raleigh; brother, Dallas Foster Jr. (Lisa) of Raleigh; and a host of other relatives and friends.
