Mr. David Earl Chavis, age 58, of Raleigh, departed this life on Monday, July 31, 2023.

Services are incomplete at this time.  

Survivors; sons, David Earl Williams and Derrick Chavis; 2 grandchildren; sisters, Darlene Chavis, Gwen Chavis, Delores Chavis, Jackie Baker and Joyce Lucas; an aunt, Betty Lou Morrison; his life-partner, Barbara Keith and her family; as well as a host of family and friends.

The family will receive friends at 1215 Robinson Avenue, Raleigh.
