Mr. David Alfonza Morgan Locklear, age 66, of 6619 Terrace Park Court, Raleigh, departed this life on Sunday, December 22, 2019. 

Funeral, 11:30 AM, Saturday, December 28, 2019, Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home.  Visitation, 11 AM to 11:30 AM, prior to the service.  The Rev. Russell Sanders, Officiating.  Interment, The Historic Oakwood Cemetery.

Survivors; daughter, Dawn M. Perry (James M.) of Raleigh; brothers, Joseph Morgan and Paul Locklear both of Raleigh; 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Friday, December 27, 2019 at the funeral home.
