Mr. David Ronald Byrd, age 68, of 1200 Armstrong Circle, Raleigh, peacefully departed this life on Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at his home.

Interment with Military Honors, 12 Noon, Monday, January 7, 2019, Eastern Carolina State Veteran's Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro.

Survivors; sisters, Mary F. Byrd-Schwartz, Ruth Byrd and Peggy A. Byrd all of Raleigh; brother, Milton Byrd, Jr. of Frederick, MD; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 3801 Volkswalk Place, Raleigh.
