Funeral, 12 Noon, Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home, 1515 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh.  Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service.  The Rev. Richard Dial, Officiating.  Mr. Eric Lewis, Eulogist.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at the funeral home.  

Survivors; children, Olivia J. Smith and Clarence P. Smith Jr; sister, Carol Walker; and a host of other relatives and friends.
