Mr. Christopher Dwight Lunsford, age 65, of Raleigh, departed this life on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

Funerals, 11:30 AM, Thursday, April 9, 2026, Baptist Grove Church, 7109 Leesville Rd., Raleigh. The Rev. Dr. Bankole Akinbinu, Pastor, Officiating. Visitation, 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, prior to the service. Interment, Church Cemetery. Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at the funeral home.

Survivors: children, Cameron Lunsford and Christian Blair Hester ; mother, Alice Lunsford Holden; siblings, Sandra L. White (Ronald), Lawrence Lunsford, Joseph Lunsford (Christine); and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 8817 Stockbridge Circle, Apt. 201, Raleigh.
